The university of Tabriz condemns the brutal invasion of the Zionist regime

The University of Tabriz issued a statement following the brutal attacks of the Zionist regime leading to the martyrdom of a group of innocent people and a number of military commanders and nuclear scientists of the country.

According to the Public Relations Department of Tabriz University, the statement says:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم 
**و مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَیْهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ یَنْتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِیلًا**

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

**Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah [i.e. they have gone out for Jihad (holy fighting), and showed not their backs to the disbelievers], of them some have fulfilled their obligations (i.e. have been martyred), and some of them are still waiting, but they have never changed [i.e. they never proved treacherous to their covenant which they concluded with Allah] in the least.**

The brutal and terrorist attacks of the cruel Zionist regime on the sacred soil of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the martyrdom of a group of innocent compatriots of the Islamic Republic of Iran and a number of military commanders and nuclear scientists, which are clear examples of gross violations of human rights and international laws, have once again shown the devilish nature of the fake Zionist regime to the whole world.
After years of efforts in the field of defense and scientific jihad and serving the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, our military commanders and nuclear scientists finally joined the ranks of the martyrs of the pure Islam Front of Muhammad (PBUH) and the Guardianship of the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH) on the eve of the Eid of Velayat and Ghadir Khum.
It is true that the martyrdom of these commanders, scientists and revolutionary people of Islamic Iran is a painful loss for the Iranian nation, but the enemies of Islamic Iran should know that these crimes can never stop the firm determination and will of the Iranian nation, especially academics, on the path of science and progress.
As one of the largest scientific and research centers in the country, relying on its scientific mission, the University of Tabriz is determined to play an active and effective role in continuing the path of these martyrs, especially the nuclear martyrs, as it did during the eight years of sacred defense on the front lines of soft war and scientific jihad.
We, the academics of the University of Tabriz, will continue the path of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of science and the security of the country with all our might. We will be with the great nation of Iran, not only in the scientific arena, but also in the scientific jihad to make Iran stronger and more independent than in the past.
University of Tabriz, while expressing our condolences on this painful loss to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the armed forces, and the revolutionary people of Iran, especially the people of the autonomous Azerbaijan, we call on all academics, especially insightful students, professors, and revolutionary staff, to maintain peace, empathy, and patience, and to continue scientific, research, and investigation activities on their agenda.
